The website will automatically determine which inspectors inspect in Oklahoma City, that inspect older homes and they will inspect crawlspaces and they have the ability to inspect swimming pools and water wells. A list will be recreated with all the inspectors that meet these requirements, that the home buyer or the realtor to choose from. It’s that simple.

The next step is for the home buyer or realtor to enter the date and time they wish the inspection to be performed. There are alternate areas to enter 3 different time and dates. This gives the opportunity for the inspector to fit it into their schedule.

It will give the availability for the necessary information to be entered to get a list of the qualified inspectors performing in that area and performing those types of inspections desired.

Creating an account is very simple. There is no personal information entered on this account. This is just to create a page for a homebuyer or professional realtor to accumulate and retrieve inspection information. There is an icon to go to on the home page to follow the directions and create an account. There is no charge for this service to the homebuyer or the realtor. This just creates a page to retrieve all information.

Upon creating an account there will be a button to direct you to enter the relevant information for the property and all subsequent information to locate an inspector. Upon entering this information. A button will be available that will generate a list of inspectors that are available performing those inspections requested and inspecting in the service area.

An email and text will be sent directly to the inspector indicating relevant information and the desired times and dates requested. The inspector will have a certain amount of time to respond. It is a simple response. There is a one-button response on the text that says “Accept” at one of the requested times. Upon this acceptance all detailed information will be sent to the inspector, including the address and all relative inspection information.

At this point. A confirmation will be sent back to the buyer and the realtor and to the inspector with an estimated cost of the inspection.

This includes all of their company information, licensing information, insurance information, inspection services they provide and pricing information.

The feature also includes a portal for all reports to be uploaded. With a short profile by the buyer or professional realtor, all reports will be available through this portal to be retrieved, saved or printed for a 90 day period after the inspection was performed. Providing the opportunity to retrieve and review inspections at a later date.
