Initially MyRino.net is based on the inspectors that wish to be supported on the site. All inspectors will have their complete profile with licensing and insurance information included as well as pricing factors. Also included will be the inspection services they provide, as well as their inspection service area.
Upon a realtor or buyer accessing the site, they will enter the property information, i.e. Address, square footage, age of the home and any additional factors relating to the property that need to be inspected. (Water wells, swimming pools, etc. ) Then, the site will direct them to either let the site choose an inspector for them or go to a list of inspectors and choose their own. The list will be generated based on the service areas inspectors request and the services the inspectors provide. For example: if the buyer relates an address located in Oklahoma City with an older home with a crawlspace, swimming pool and water well. The website will automatically determine which inspectors inspect in Oklahoma City, that inspect older homes and they will inspect crawlspaces and they have the ability to inspect swimming pools and water wells. A list will be recreated with all the inspectors that meet these requirements, that the home buyer or the realtor to choose from. It’s that simple.
The next step is for the home buyer or realtor to enter the date and time they wish the inspection to be performed. There are alternate areas to enter 3 different time and dates. This gives the opportunity for the inspector to fit it into their schedule.
The next step is. Once the inspector has been chosen and the requested time and dates have been entered an email and a text will be sent directly to the inspector to accept the inspection and choose which date and time fits the schedule. There will be a one-step response. At this point, the estimated price for the inspection. (The reason for the estimate is for new regulation as well as upon arriving to properties. There may be additional features that need to be inspected). This information will be sent back to the realtor and the homebuyer.
Through the website communication with the inspector will be available. Upon 24 hours prior to the scheduled inspection and automatic reminder will be sent via text and email to the homebuyer, realtor and inspector. If there’s a problem with the scheduling. It can be addressed at this point as well. This website is all about communication and creating an easier path for these inspections to be scheduled, updated, confirmed and proper information transferred.
